Just over one year ago, the patrons of the Mid-Del School District came together to support a bold vision for the future of our schools, approving a $492,700,000 bond proposal aimed at making significant improvements district-wide. Since then, we’ve made remarkable strides in transforming that vision into reality. In this newsletter, we’re excited to share updates on the progress of various construction projects, including detailed renderings, as well as improvements to our security measures and recent purchases that enhance our students' learning environments. Thank you for your continued trust and investment in the future of our district! ONE District. ONE Family. #mdpurpose https://mdc.edurooms.com/engage/bond-information/newsletters/bond-anniversary-update

Mid-Del Families, We want to inform you that on Tuesday, November 19th our 11th and 12th grade students will have a virtual learning day. This adjustment is due to the PreACT assessment being administered to our 9th and 10th grade students on that day. Our 9th and 10th graders will report to school as regularly scheduled. Please ensure that your junior and senior students are prepared for their virtual classes and have the necessary resources available to them. Thank you for your understanding and support.

Shoutout to Devin Woodring, Carl Albert High School Quarterback, for his incredible leadership and heart! Devin started collection drives for Cleats for Kids (C4K) when he was little, and today, he was recognized at C4K’s Signing Day event! C4K empowers kids to lead healthier lifestyles, learn life lessons through sports, and gain self-confidence by providing sports shoes and safe equipment to those in need. By getting more kids involved in sports, this one-of-a-kind mission is changing lives in our community. Devin’s commitment to giving back shows how powerful it is when kids help other kids. Mid-Del Schools is proud to partner with Cleats for Kids to help provide opportunities for our student athletes. #mdpurpose
