FRIDAY, September 27th will be a virtual day for ALL Mid Del students.

ACADEMIC LETTER applications are available in the counseling office for 6th, 7th, and 8th Grade Titans. What are academic letters? Academic Letters are awarded to students who excel in four areas: Service, Citizenship, Academics, and Leadership. Service is earned through volunteer hours at CAMS (5 hours) and in the community (10 hours). Citizenship is demonstrated throughout the year and is verified by the students' teachers. Students must also maintain a grade point average of 3.2. Only one 'C' is allowed for the first 3 quarters of the academic year. Academic Letter recipients must be involved in AT LEAST two school activities to demonstrate leadership. Achieving an Academic Letter is an excellent award to add to academic resumes and college applications!

This event is for ALL of our 7th and 8th grade students and their families. Monday, September 30th @ 6:00pm - CAMS Cafeteria Information will include: Preparing your student for success in high school and beyond! Learn about ways to pay for college and how families can support students in their next steps! • Presentations will be available in English and Spanish. • Play games and win prizes!

Important Message from Carl Albert Middle School. We have received information about a social media post threatening violence that does not name a school. We have reported this threat to the Midwest City Police Department and understand that schools across the nation are experiencing similar viral threats. As a precaution, we will have additional law enforcement at the school today. We take the safety of our students and staff seriously and will do everything possible to ensure a safe learning environment. We want to ask our families to have conversations about responsible social media usage, especially the serious implications of making threats or sharing inappropriate and unverified content. Words matter. Students need to understand that these actions disrupt the learning environment and cause anxiety for everyone involved. If that doesn't drive the point home strongly enough, they need to know that any threat -- real or hoax -- can carry serious legal consequences. Thank you.

Mid-Del Schools has a scheduled Professional Development Day on Monday, September 16, 2024. There will be no classes for students. Students will return to school on Tuesday, September 17. #mdpurpose

Mid-Del Families, We want to inform you about recent social media threats of violence directed at multiple secondary schools in the metro area and across the state. Our staff, along with local authorities, are thoroughly investigating the sources of these threats, and while they have been deemed to be of very low credibility, we feel it’s important to keep you informed. Rest assured, our schools remain safe, and all safety protocols are in place. Unfortunately, these types of social media threats have become more common, but they are still taken very seriously. Each threat will be fully investigated, and those responsible for making or sharing such threats can face severe consequences. We encourage you to talk to your student(s) about the responsible use of social media. As always, if you see something concerning, please report it to our administration immediately to ensure proper investigation. The safety of our students and staff is always our top priority.
