Cheer Try-Out Information

Del City Cheer Tryouts are up and running!\r\n

\r\n

Anyone interested in trying out for the 2020 – 2021 cheer team please follow the link to the online tryout packet. PLEASE READ ALL OF THE PACKET.\r\n

\r\n

Fill out the form in the packet and email it back to sbowles@mid-del.net no later than Thursday May 14^th 11:59pm. Email your tryout video at the same time to sbowles@mid-del.net no later than Thursday May 14^th 11:59pm.\r\n

\r\n

Drop off your tryout fee of $20 on Thursday May 14^th to Stacy Bowles at Del City High school between 9am to 12:00pm.\r\n

\r\n

Judges will score videos and send the scores back, the DCHS Cheer Team will be announced by a post on the Del City Cheer facebook page and by a phone call or email by Stacy Bowles or Kathleen Stephenson by Saturday May 16^th by 8:00pm.\r\n

\r\n

Selection of the squad will be based on:\r\n

\r\n

Standing tumbling, running tumbling, jumps, cheer, motion technique, voice projection, dance technique, spirit, and overall appeal. If you will be doing tumbling please use caution and judgement and complete safety. If you do not have tumbling go on to the next task.\r\n
