The Board of Education voted to make adjustments to the Mid-Del Return to Learn Plan for in-person students. Students of Mid-Del Public schools are currently attending class in-person four days a week. The district will move to remote learning if any of the following occur:
- Oklahoma County moves to "Red" on the Oklahoma State Department of Health weekly COVID-19 map
- The district is unable to provide bus services due to excessive quarantine of bus drivers
In addition, individual classrooms or school sites will move to remote learning if any of the following occur:
- 5% of total school site population (students and staff) test positive for COVID-19. In this event, the school site will move to remote learning for 14 calendar days
- Inability to provide instructional services due to COVID-19 quarantines. Remote learning will take place for students in impacted classrooms or entire school site
Students will return to in-person instruction on November 30, 2020.
