Good afternoon Highland Park families.
This week, a large number of positive COVID-19 cases have been reported at Highland Park Elementary. Additionally, a large percentage of the students and staff have been determined to be close contacts of known positive cases. The District has made the decision to pivot to remote learning for the remainder of the week. The school campus will be closed to students Wednesday, September 1 through Tuesday, September 7. Students will be learning remotely for the remainder of this week. Classes will resume in person at Highland Park Elementary on Wednesday, September 8.
If your family needs a meal for your student Wednesday through Friday of this week, you will need to contact the school prior to 9am daily to reserve your meal. Lunch pick-up will be at 12pm and it will include the day's lunch and the next day's breakfast.
