Current Mid-Del Families, It’s time to begin Phase 1 of the enrollment process for the 2025–2026 school year! Phase 1 opened at 8:00 AM on Monday, April 21, 2025, for all current Mid-Del students—especially those moving to a new school site as they advance from elementary to middle school or middle school to high school. You should have received an email on April 21 containing your child’s Snapcode, which is required to complete re-enrollment. This step allows you to verify and update your student’s information, including contact details and residency. Important: You must have your student’s Snapcode to begin. If you do not receive your Snapcode, please contact your student’s school directly. Once Phase 1 is complete, you’ll be ready for Phase 2, which begins July 15 and includes submitting your updated proof of residency. 2024-2025 School Calendar Update! The Board of Education approved a change to the 2024-2025 District Calendar during tonight's Board of Education meeting. Mid-Del will be using the Snow Day originally scheduled for May 2, 2025, as a regular instructional day. That means students and staff WILL be in school on May 2. Please mark your calendars and plan accordingly—thank you for your flexibility and support! #mdpurpose

🚨 Weather Update – After-School Activities Canceled for April 1, 2025🚨 We’ve been closely monitoring the forecast and have participated in NOAA webinars and briefings from the National Weather Service. Due to the potential for severe weather later today, all after-school programs and activities are canceled for Tuesday, April 1, 2025. Classes will continue as scheduled, but we are taking extra precautions to ensure everyone's safety this afternoon. Latchkey services are also canceled after school. Enrollment for New Students Opens March 31! Starting Monday, March 31, 2025, at 8:00 a.m., families can enroll new Pre-K through 12th grade students for the 2025-2026 school year. To enroll: Visit the Enrollment Page on our website. Click the “ENROLL NOW” image that will appear at 8:00 a.m. on March 31. 👉 Important for Pre-K: Seats are limited and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis, so don’t wait! 📌 Please note: (If your child attended Mid-Del Schools during the 2024-2025 school year, they are not considered a new student and do not need to complete new student enrollment.) 📧 You must have a valid email address to enroll your child. Wednesday, February 19, 2025 Good afternoon Mid-Del - I hope you've all been able to stay safe and warm these last couple of days. Things are looking up. We aren't supposed to get any more precipitation, and tomorrow morning's wind chill should only dip down to negative five! Yeah, that's pretty bad still. The roads are still sheets of ice. Our parking lots and sidewalks are a mess. Hopefully tomorrow, we will have a chance to start clearing some of the slick areas. Because of all of this, we will have another Remote Learning Day tomorrow, February 20, 2025. Hopefully (fingers crossed) we will be able to be in school Friday. Until then, stay inside if there's any way you can. Don't take any unnecessary risks. We'll get back to teaching and learning soon enough. Sincerely, Dr. Rick Cobb

With the uncertainty surrounding school schedules this week, we have decided to postpone Parent-Teacher Conferences to Tuesday, February 25, and Thursday, February 27 to ensure all families have the opportunity to connect with teachers in a safe and productive way. Mid-Del Families, Mid-Del administration has been in continual contact with the US National Weather Service in Norman, Oklahoma, regarding the winter weather forecast and the travel and safety concerns expected this week. In addition, we have been following our meteorologists on local news stations who share similar concerns. For the safety of our students and employees, Mid-Del Schools will have Remote Learning Days on Tuesday, February 18, 2025, and Wednesday, February 19, 2025. Please check your school's website for the Remote Learning schedule at www.mid-del.net. * Mid-Del Technology Center will not have classes on Tuesday, February 18, 2025. MDTC will not have (DAYTIME) classes on Wednesday, February 19, 2025. Please check our MDTC socials for information about Wednesday, February 19th, evening classes. Due to projected inclement weather for tomorrow, making early morning transportation more dangerous, Mid-Del Schools will be closed Thursday, February 13, 2025. This will be a traditional snow day and students will not have remote learning. We will not need to make up this day later in the year. * Mid-Del Technology Center daytime classes are canceled.
