This morning, our administrative team received a tip that a student had a weapon on the Midwest City High School campus. Our School Resource Officer and Midwest City Police were notified immediately and the student was taken into police custody for having a gun on campus. We commend the individual for reporting the tip and the swift actions taken by staff members and authorities to keep our students safe.
