Parkview Elementary will bolster Tier 1 Core Programming in regards to Academic Learning as well as Social and Emotional Learning. Additionally, Parkview Elementary will provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 interventions to meet the distinct needs of ALL students.

Parkview Elementary staff will be empowered with ongoing professional learning opportunities to enrich their understanding of the components within the District Curriculum Frameworks, Big Ideas, Into Reading, STAR, and the PLC culture through the Solution Tree PLC Coach.

○ Parkview Elementary’s Leadership Team will conduct bi-monthly walkthroughs with targeted look-fors.

○ Parkview Elementary’s administrators will conduct ongoing focused observations to review lesson plan design, content delivery, and pedagogical practices that cultivate student engagement.

○ Weekly PLC meetings with the Head Principal centered on reflective teaching practices, data analysis, and collective deliberation.

Parkview Elementary will provide schoolwide Tier 2 Intervention in every classroom based on student performance on the initial BoY STAR baseline assessment.

○ Parkview Elementary staff will meet bi-monthly in MTSS Meetings to analyze data trends and student response to intervention to determine our course of action for each student.

■ By May 2025, all students will achieve grade-level proficiency based on the End of the Year STAR assessment.

● Tier 3 Interventions will be provided through four onsite tutors based on STAR student performance.

Parkview Elementary students and staff will wield the responsibility to uphold the Winning Pioneer Attitude principles every day.

○ Parkview Elementary staff will utilize CHAMPS expectations for all procedures in every room, every day.

○ Parkview Elementary staff will follow the MTSS Discipline Matrix to provide students with behavior and emotional support coupled with the encouragement of the Parkview Pioneers’ PBIS model.

Parkview Elementary will honor the significance of the role played by the family in their student’s learning, growth, and achievement. Parkview Elementary will uphold ongoing, frequent communication regarding academic and social and emotional learning of their child. Families will be provided with multiple opportunities to play an active role in their child’s learning and development.

○ Unique to Parkview Elementary, our Family Liaison will serve to bridge the gap between family and school communication, interactions, and mutual edification.
