Chromebook Troubleshooting
Power issues:
Plug in the device. It may need to stay plugged in for 10 or 15 minutes before it will power on.
Try to “refresh” the device: Press and hold the refresh key (above the 3 and 4 keys) and the power key for about 5 seconds, then release. Press power and wait.

Display or other hardware issues:
If your screen is cracked or something else is wrong with the device, Click here
Software issues:
If you need your password reset or forgot your school email address please contact one of your teachers and they can get it for you. If you need something else, click here
Lost device or charger:
Look for your device at school and home. If you don't find it, click here. Insurance will cover a stolen device with a police report, but not lost devices.
