🌍 MCMS Celebrates International Day of Sign Languages! 🌍 According to the World Federation of the Deaf, there are more than 70 million deaf people worldwide, and more than 80% live in developing countries. Together, they use over 300 different sign languages! Did you know there's also an international sign language used at international meetings and when traveling? ✈️ Today, we highlight the unity and importance of sign languages around the globe. Early access to sign language and services, including quality education in sign language, is crucial for the growth and development of deaf individuals.
