From classrooms to cafeterias, from the front office to the bus lanes, every member of the Mid-Del family plays a vital role in shaping our future.
As a district with deep military roots and a profound sense of patriotism, we honor the values of unity, service, and resilience. Our partnerships with local emergency services, military bases, and community organizations reflect our commitment to keeping our schools safe and fostering an environment of trust and collaboration.
Safety and security remain at the heart of everything we do. With the unwavering support of our emergency services, dedicated staff, and engaged families, we work tirelessly to ensure that every student can learn and thrive in a secure, nurturing environment.
Whether you’re a teacher, principal, bus driver, custodian, counselor, cafeteria employee, or serve in any other role — your contributions matter. Together, we are united in our mission to serve your children, our children, Mid-Del’s children. In Mid-Del, we’re not just connected by schools; we’re bonded by shared values, mutual care, and a steadfast dedication to our community’s success.
