Today, Dr Cobb spoke at the OK County Commissioner's Meeting regarding his concerns for the possible construction of a jail in our District area. He and Kim Templeman, Principal at Central Oak Elementary in the Crooked Oak School District, spoke with the media about the negative impact locating a jail at 1901 E. The Board named Scott Stephens as the new Asst. Director of Transportation. Stephens graduated from Jacksonville State University. He comes from Morgan County Schools in Tennessee where he served for 30 years as teacher, coach, athletic director, asst. principal and bus driver.
