Ms. Oaks is currently the Instructional Specialist on the State Personnel Development Grant for the Oklahoma State Department of Education. Prior to her two years at the State Department, she served as an instructional coach for three years and early childhood teacher for 6 years. She earned her Masters degree from the University of Central Oklahoma.
